ASAIR Launches a New AMS2106 Intelligent Digital Gas Mass Flowmeter with High Sensitivity
ASAIR, an intelligent sensor industry chain enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, and terminal applications in the MEMS field, has launched a new intelligent digital gas mass flow meter based on its advanced semiconductor technology. AMS2106, among similar products on the market, has achieved the three significant advantages of flexible use, cumulative flow measurement, and mixed gas flow detection, which meets customers' demand for high-cost performance.
Excellent performance and craftsmanship
The AMS2106 intelligent digital gas mass flowmeter is built based on Aosong Electronics' experience in intelligent sensors for nearly 20 years. This product has high sensitivity, flexible output mode and high stability in the full range.
Ma Pengfei, the person in charge of the flow department of Aosong Electronics, introduced: "AMS2106 is carefully built by the whole team and is equipped with a MEMS flow sensor chip independently developed by Aosong Electronics. To pursue high precision and stability, some materials of the chip are used. It is made of precious metal platinum. Due to its stable physical and chemical properties and easy purification, the chip made has high-temperature measurement accuracy, strong long-term stability, good reproducibility, and long service life. The product range ratio has reached 50:1. It has good accuracy across the entire range."
The AMS2106 adopts thermal mass flow measurement without the customer's additional temperature and pressure compensation, which ensures the high-precision calculation of the flowmeter, high sensitivity, and can keenly perceive the minimal starting flow rate and start the calculation. The product can display instantaneous and cumulative flow, which is convenient for users to view, supports the measurement of multiple gases, and allows customers to perform on-site calibration of some special gases. The product has two modes of battery power supply and external power supply, which will not impact the data when switching.
