How are carbonated drinks made?

So how is carbon dioxide input into carbonated beverages, and how is the gas flow control performed? Carbonated beverages need to use equipment in the manufacturing process, called a carbonated beverage preparation machine. This equipment is characterized by a container containing liquid, a fluid pipeline connecting the container and an air inlet pipeline, and a gas cylinder containing high-pressure carbon dioxide gas. 


After the carbonization pump pressurizes the filtered water, it is thoroughly cooled through the coil in the ice water tank. It then enters the carbonization cylinder to mix with carbon dioxide to form carbonated water. The carbonated water is pushed by the high-pressure CO2 in the carbonization cylinder to the valve head for proportional distribution to produce carbonated beverages. The carbonated beverage preparation machine is provided with a fluid pressure reducing valve, which can quickly reduce the pressure of the carbonated beverage containing space to a predetermined pressure value to take out the carbonated beverage in the containing space.

Otherwise, excessive carbon dioxide will produce a large amount of foam.
