Su’scon SMD-Type Electrolyte Capacitors with 4,700-µF Capacitance Tailored for High-Temperature, Low-Voltage Design Applications
The CGS, CGV, CTS, and CTV series SMD-type electrolyte capacitors are designed exclusively for automotive modules and other high-temperature applications.
Su’scon has over 40 years of experience in capacitor manufacturing and has launched series of SMD-type aluminum electrolytic capacitors, namely the CG, CGL, CGS, CGV, CTS, and CTV series. These products have a maximum operating temperature of 125°C and excellent temperature resistance and long lifespans.
Basic specifications and dimensions of the six RoHS-approved series products are detailed in Tables 1 and 2.
The load life of the six-series electrolyte capacitors can reach 1,000 h, among which the CTS and CTV series have a maximum load life of 5,000 h. With extensive capacitance and rated voltage, the capacitors allow product designers and research and development personnel to choose from various models according to the current rate-of-change of the circuit of interest and the expected voltage sustained by the electrolytic capacitor. The CG series is mostly applied to mainboards and graphics cards, whereas the CGS, CGV, CTS, and CTV series are specifically designed for automotive modules and other high-temperature applications.
