26-40GHz Wideband Low Noise Amplifier CHA2362-98F Suitable for Military to Commercial Communication Systems
The CHA2362-98F is a 26-40GHz wideband Low Noise Amplifier with a very low noise figure of 2dB and an integrated 3 stage amplifier.
It features a P-1dB of 9dBm and return loss less than 13dB. This product is designed on an internal GaAs 0.1µm gate length pHEMT process.
It is suitable for a wide range of applications, from military to commercial communication systems.
