Johnson Electric Launches 48-Volt Cooling Fan Module with High Power and Efficiency
JOHNSON ELECTRIC is pleased to announce the launch of the 48-Volt Cooling Fan Module with power up to 1.5kW to meet the most demanding cooling requirements. The need to reduce emissions and increase the electrification of the vehicle, requires higher cooling performance and efficiency. Effective cooling is crucial to maintain the optimal performance of a vehicle, reducing emission and increasing lifespan.
Johnson Electric's 48-Volt cooling fan module offers high airflow and better cooling performance, in hot climates and during heavy engine loads.
The 48-Volt cooling fan motor is an evolution of the existing high-efficiency Johnson Electric motor platform for 12-Volt applications with the highest standard for safety and the most advanced features: sealed electronic (IP69K), PWM-LIN-CAN electrical interface to the vehicle, full diagnosis, and self-protection functions and galvanic insulation.
The cooling fan and the shroud can be customized according to specific airflow targets and vehicle packages.
