XBLW CP2119 is a single channel DC brushed motor driver chip with a working voltage range of 3V to 20V, supporting multiple lithium batteries. It can provide an output current of up to 5.0A, with an NMOS on impedance (Ron1) of 0.077 Ω and a PMOS


The conduction impedance (Ron2) is 0.033 Ω. The chip has two logic input terminals for controlling the forward, backward, and braking of the motor. It has good anti-interference ability, small standby current, and low output internal resistance. At the same time, it also has a built-in diode that can release the reverse surge current of inductive loads. XBLW CP2119 is compatible with replacing SS6285L/SA8330/AIIP6190
