Geehy Launches New GHD3440 Motor Gate Driver to Expand Product Line

Responding to motor control market demands, Geehy has launched the GHD3440 motor-specific gate driver, following the release of the APM32F035 MCUs.

Designed as a three-phase mid-voltage high-speed gate driver IC, the GHD3440 is ideal for driving dual N-channel VDMOS power transistors or IGBTs in bridge circuits, supporting various battery-powered brushless DC motor applications.

The GHD3440 excels in driving capability and response time, enabling precise input signal response and load change management. This improves motor efficiency and allows for high-precision, high-speed, and low-power motor control, enhancing the development experience.
Available in TSSOP20 and QFN24 packages, the GHD3440 saves board space, reduces material costs, and boosts system reliability.

Input voltage range: 5.5V to 18V, compatible with 3.3V/5V input logic, floating supply offset voltage of +200V.
Built-in VCC/VBS under-voltage lockout (UVLO) for safe power transistor operation.
Shoot-through prevention and 250ns dead-time protection to safeguard power devices.
Embedded pull-down resistors for stable output signals and enhanced driving capability.
High DV/DT noise suppression to ensure performance and prevent interference.
Peak output current: 0.8A@12V, load rise time: 90ns on 3.3nF, peak input current: 1.0A@12V, load fall time: 60ns on 3.3nF.
Operating temperature: -40℃ to +105℃ for stable performance in harsh conditions.
