LXMICRO‘s Low Forward Low Voltage Drop Schottky Diode SBT1045 with 45V VRRM and 275VF IFSM
Introduction to Low Forward Low Voltage Drop Schottky Diode
Schottky diodes are Schottky barrier diodes based on the potential barrier formed by the contact of metals and semiconductors, or schottky diode. The schottky diode is a low-power, super-fast semiconductor device. The low positive pressure drop schottky diode is a semiconductor device of lower positive pressure drop than normal schottky diode, which can be interpreted as a schottky diode of better performance and lower pressure drop. The lower the pressure drop, the higher the efficiency. The reverse recovery time can be as short as a few nanoseconds (2-10ns) , the forward voltage drop is only 0.4V (0.4-1.0V) , and the rectifying current can reach several thousand amperes.
The effect of a low forward low voltage drop schottky diode is the same as that of low positive pressure Schottky diode. The only difference between the two schottky diodes is that the lower the positive pressure drop, the higher the efficiency. Widely used in switching power supply, inverter, driver and other circuits. Used as high frequency, low voltage, high current rectifying diode, flyback diode, protection diode, or in microwave communication circuits, such as rectifying diode, small signal detector diode.
