The finger clip health detector includes modules such as a main control unit, a clock, a collection unit, and a detection unit. Among them, the battery management unit is an important part of the clip-on health detector. Therefore, it is necessary to select a suitable battery as the power supply module of the finger-clip health monitor. Considering the lightweight and portable nature of the detector product design, it is a more appropriate choice to use button batteries for power supply.
Button batteries, in order to improve product performance and user experience, the size of the battery needs to be as small as possible, and it also needs to have high capacity and long service life. As the largest lithium battery supplier in China, Lijia produces two types of lithium manganese button batteries that are very suitable as power sources for finger-clip health monitors.
The nominal voltage of the two button batteries is 3V, and the nominal discharge current is 0.2mA. The nominal capacity of CR2025PH is 165mAh; while the nominal capacity of CR2032PH is up to 245mAh, both of which have higher battery capacity, which can meet the battery capacity requirements of finger-clip health monitors. In terms of battery size, the CR2025 has an outer diameter of only 20.0mm, a height of only 2.5mm, and a weight of only 2.6g; while the CR2032 has an outer diameter of 20.0mm, a height of 3.2mm, and a weight of only 3.2g.
The two battery products are small in size and light in weight, which can effectively save PCB design space and help realize the compact and portable appearance of the health tester product design. The operating temperature range of CR series batteries is as wide as -20℃ to +70℃, and they can work reliably in different environmental temperature conditions such as high temperature and severe cold. Therefore, the health detector can be guaranteed to work stably in different scenarios and environments. High reliability and security.
