Ultra Soft Silicone Foam

FUTUREWAY®SRL-1130S is an ultra soft silicone foam. It has the characteristics of high elasticity, compression resistance, creep resistance, flame resistance, and fireproof. It is suitable for shock absorption, cushioning, sound insulation, and other applications, and meets rail transit, aerospace, and other industries' requirements. In addition, FUTUREWAY®SRL-1130S has excellent environmental aging resistance and chemical mediator resistance, and sufficient reliability.


Characteristics and advantages

• Long-term compression and repeated compression with excellent elastic retention ability reduce the replacement costs of cushion and shock absorption gasket;

• Anti-ultraviolet radiation, ozone resistance, extreme temperature resistance, and flame resistance make materials stable in complex environments;

• Applicable to GB 38031-2020 Electric Vehicle Lithium-ion Power Battery Package and System requirements;

• Meet the new EU fire protection code EN 45545-2 for rail transit;


Applications


• Environmental sealing, dustproof, waterproof, moisture proof or shading, such as electronic products shell, lamp contour, electronic components around, etc.

• Vibration isolation, cushioning, and filling, such as electric vehicle interiors, battery pack interior, train interior, etc.

• As flame retardant, insulating material, and so on.


Services

• Available with a pressure sensitive-adhesive on one or two sides to allow easy application to a variety of surfaces;

• Provide cutting, splicing, and other processing services.


Use

• Make sure the surface of the object is clean before pasting to prevent the damage of burrs, protrusions or sharp objects to materials;

• Because Futureway is unable to guarantee the product is suitable for all potential applications. It is recommended that the product work environment should be simulated and tested before commercial application to confirm whether it meets the application requirement.
