SLKOR SL20T65FL is Designed for Variable Frequency drives and Uninterruptible Power Supplies Applications

The SL20T65FL is a product introduced by Slkor, designed for applications such as variable frequency drives and uninterruptible power supplies. As a domestically-produced Backup Solution of Infineon's IKW20N60H3, it possesses excellent performance.
The SL20T65FL adopts the low gate charge Trench Fs technology, which allows the device to maintain low power consumption during operation, thereby improving overall efficiency. Additionally, it exhibits saturation voltage characteristics, enabling stable operation under high voltage conditions. This allows the SL20T65FL to handle various complex power scenarios while ensuring system reliability and stability.
In addition to its performance advantages, the SL20T65FL also possesses high durability and temperature stability. This allows it to operate for extended periods in harsh environmental conditions without being easily affected by external factors.
