The story of ISKRA low voltage switchgears
switchgears are as archaic as electricity generation. In fact, electricity generation would be pointless without switchgear that controls the channeling of pure electric power.
If we look at the history of switchgears we find very primitive versions that were attached to the walls, making them a great fire hazard. After a while (and some misfortunes) safety became one of the main purposes of the switchgear and providing more safety became one of the main focuses of switchgear developers.
Electricity is dangerous after all and not only for the people but also for all the machinery that uses it. This is where the Low Voltage Switchgears come in handy. They convert the chaotic force of nature into a safe and usable power source.
But as we as a society became less worried about fires, and more about the future of the ISKRA planet, so did the mentality of switchgear development become more environmentally cautious.
ISKRA's first contribution to switchgear technology was ISKRA's first switchgear, made in 1947. Since then we have spent an incredible amount of time and brain power developing safer, better, cleaner, and sufficient switchgears. ISKRA's main goals in this field are environmental protection (by energy sufficiency) and the protection of our customers' machinery and devices. Oh, and with that, we protect the lives and health of people using them as well.
With a focus on these values, we produce millions of pieces of ISKRA switchgear technology per year. To create such a big amount of top-notch switchgears we have to consider the 3 main functions of Low Voltage Switchgear: Electrical protection, Control, and Isolation. The complete perfection of each individual function and then assembling those functions together into a top-quality product is the only way we could proudly present those products to our customers. If we may brag for a bit, we think our range of products is quite interesting and diverse.
