Geehy Semiconductor announced the new high-performance, high-security APM32F405/415(APM32F415industrial-grade MCUs based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, featuring high capacity, wide temperature range, high stability, high reliability, and high integration. The two new products came with rich peripherals and can be widely used in industrial control, instrument & apparatus, medical equipment, power electronics, etc.

APM32F405/415 Series MCUs Core Advantages:

1.   Larger Capacity & Faster Storage

Based on Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, high-performance CPU computing, operates at a frequency of 168MHz, supports single-precision FPU and enhanced DSP instructions; built-in 1024KB Flash, 192+4KB SRAM, while supporting a variety of external memory such as PSRAM, NORFlash, NANDFlash, etc.


2.  High Stability

With the advantage of high-end signal chain design, the new series meets the ADC accuracy requirements within the full industrial-grade temperature range of -40℃~+105℃, achieving dynamic high-precision real-time sampling, high efficiency, and low latency, and ensuring stable operation under complex temperature scenarios.


3.  High Security

APM32F405/415 series has adopted a built-in true random number generator and HASH algorithm. The APM32F415 series supports AES, DES, and TDES encryption standards, as well as RNG, SHA-224, SHA-256, MD5, and other secure hash algorithms to effectively ensure product information security. The power supply voltage ranges from 1.8V to 3.6V. Power-on reset (POR), power-down reset (PDR), and programmable voltage detector (PVD) are equipped to enhance chip power management reliability.


4.  Rich On-Board Resources

Built-in 12-bit precision ADC with a sampling rate of 2.4 MSPS, supporting up to 24 external channels; with two 12-bit DAC output channels, each with multiple triggers to trigger conversion. On top of supporting full-speed and high-speed USB, a new on-chip integrated PHY high-speed OTG HS2 is added to help users save hardware design costs. A built-in RTC supports a calendar clock and two programmable alarm interrupts for an automatic wake-up in low-power mode; up to 114 I/Os, all of which can be mapped to external interrupt vectors.


5.  Low Power Consumption

Three low-power modes of sleep, stop, and standby minimizes energy consumption and improves efficiency, users can choose according to the actual application requirements to meet the needs of low-power scenarios to the greatest extent.
