Xsens, the first inertial sensor module manufacturer supporting RTK function, continues to innovate 3D motion tracking technology and products
XSENS, a brand of mCube, is a major innovator of 3D motion tracking technology and products. Its sensor fusion technology can realize seamless interaction between the body and the digital world in practical applications. At present, Xsens has signed an authorized distributor agreement with Sekorm, authorizing Sekorm to present its full range of products, including MTi inertial motion tracking, MVN motion capture, MTW wireless motion tracking, DOT wearable tracking and other products.
Last year, Xsens launched the inertial sensor module MTi-680G compatible with RTK (real-time dynamic positioning). With the introduction of this product, Xsens has become the first manufacturer of inertial sensor modules that supports the RTK function. Xsens' MTi 600 inertial motion sensor series adopts a 31.5mm x 28.0mm x 13.0mm IP51-level housing, can handle roll and pitch angles with an accuracy of up to ±0.2°. With the aid of GNSS, the accuracy of heading measurement even can reach ±1.0°. The new MTi-680G is equipped with an integrated RTK GNSS receiver. Compared with non-RTK modules, the software can significantly increase the internal signal processing speed of the module, and can also provide synchronized 3D attitude (inclination) and heading output.
