■ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
● Super premium class hot and cold coiled springs made of peeled and polish round bars, designed for outdoor use in equipment mounted on children's playgrounds.
● Springs are characterized by high resistance to fatigue during operation under specific conditions, that occurs during multiple cycles of springs bending.
● The product ensures high safety for youngest users, due to high quality of raw material. The potential defects on rods surface are removed mechanically by peeling process. In addition, ready springs are tested by magnetic defectoscopy.
