■Subject: IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015certification of Melexis：
●Melexis strive to be a leading organization that understands the vital importance of driving innovative technologies. This includes certification of Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
●Therefore Melexis achieved ISO 14001:2015 certification in 2017 for all relevant Melexis locations. The environmental team had set up all activities accordingly to pass the audits successfully.
●In addition ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications is one of the success factors and showing evidence of the high Quality Management System level. That's why a road map has been set up to ensure implementation of the improved Quality Standard according the timeline compliant to IATF transition rules.
●Following mile stones have been defined and under completio according mentioned timeframe:
◆June 2017 Training of lead auditors
◆June/ July 2017 Gap analyses including implementation road map
◆Q III/ Q IV 2017 Internal audits including improved standard requirements
◆Q IV 2017/ Q I 2018 Complete implementation of improved standard requirements
◆Q II 2018 Certification audits according to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 for all relevant Melexis locations.
