CD4027 Dual JK Flip-Flop i-core

CD4027是一款边缘触发的双JK触发器，具有独立的置位直接（SD）、清除直接（CD）、时钟（CP）输入和输出（Q, Q —）。数据在CP为低电平时被接受，并在时钟上升沿转移到输出。具有异步高电平清除直接（CD）和置位直接（SD）输入，这些输入独立且可以覆盖J、K和CP输入。输出经过缓冲，以实现最佳系统性能。它的工作电压范围为3V至15V，推荐的工作温度范围为-40℃至+105℃。提供DIP16/SOP16/TSSOP16封装。
