ms32140 4 Channel 25Gb/s Transmitter with CDR and Integrated DML Driver

The ms32140 is a quad-CDR retimer and DML driver designed for reference-free 24Gb/s to 28Gb/s signal conditioning within next-generation pluggable optical modules. It supports robust 4x25Gb/s operation by compensating for losses in the host-module electrical link and resetting the jitter budget. The ms32140 also recovers data on 4x10Gb/s non-retimed serial links. It features a quad, high-performance DC-coupled DML driver with Minisilicon's 25G ClearEdge™ technology, offering enhanced transmit eye margin with the lowest possible power. The device is a low-power, cost-effective signal integrity solution for 100G optical modules in next-generation data centers.
