ms32150 Quad TIA and 24Gb/s to 28Gb/s CDR Receiver Array

The ms32150 is a 4-channel array receiver with integrated Clock and Data Recovery (CDR) and Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA). It is designed for use in 24Gb/s to 28Gb/s QSFP28 style optical modules. The device features high-gain transimpedance amplifiers and limiting amplifiers optimized for excellent optical performance and low power consumption. It includes an I2C slave interface and supports digital diagnostic and monitoring features through an integrated Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). The ms32150 is available in a bare die package and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.
