ms32041: 4 Channel 25Gb/s Transmitter with Integrated CDR and VCSEL Driver

The ms32041 is a 4-channel optical transmitter designed for 24Gb/s to 28Gb/s QSFP28 style optical modules. It features an integrated Clock and Data Recovery (CDR) and Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) driver. The device supports CDR bypass mode for 10Gb/s non-retimed serial links and is suitable for 100G QSFP28 optical transceiver modules and 32G-FC optical module applications. It includes an I2C slave interface and digital diagnostic features accessible via an integrated Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). The ms32041 operates with low power consumption and offers programmable continuous-time linear equalization for channels with loss greater than 10dB. It is applicable in various applications such as 100GBASE-SR4 100m optical modules, 100Gbps QSFP28 optical modules, 100Gbps CPRI optical modules, 8G/16G/32G-FC optical modules, and Active Optical Cables (AOC).
