HL78Lxx Features

HL78Lxx is a three terminal positive voltage regulator, one of which can provide up to 100mA of output current. Internal current limiting and thermal shutdown features make the regulator almost immune to overload conditions, suitable for a variety of low current applications. The series regulators have features such as output current, thermal overload protection, short circuit protection, no external components, and output voltage accuracy ±2%. Multiple output voltage options are available, with packaging types including SOT89-3 and TO92.
