XBLW SN74LS138 3-to-8 Line Decoder/Demultiplexer; Inverting

The SN74LS138 is a 3-to-8 line decoder/demultiplexer with inverting outputs. It decodes three binary weighted address inputs (A0, A1, and A2) to eight mutually exclusive outputs (Y0 to Y7). The device features three enable inputs (E1, E2, and E3) and can be used for parallel expansion to a 1-of-32 decoder. It is suitable for memory chip select decoding and has active LOW mutually exclusive outputs. The SN74LS138 is designed for a wide operating voltage range of 2 V to 6 V and is specified for operation from -20℃ to +85℃. It is available in DIP-16, SOP-16, and TSSOP-16 packages.
