XD551, XL551 Precision timer

The XD551 and XL551 are monolithic timing circuit chips designed for precision timing applications. They are fully compatible with CMOS, TTL, and MOS logic and can operate at frequencies up to 2MHz. These timers feature low power consumption, high output current capability, and a wide supply voltage range from 2V to 15V. They offer a trigger level and threshold level that can be adjusted using the control voltage terminal (CONT). The timers can be used in astable mode and have a reset input (RESET) for initiating new timing cycles. The XD551 is available in DIP8 package, while the XL551 is available in SOP8 package.
