GGDH682X是一款内置高压MOSFET的电流模式PWM+PFM控制器，适用于SMPS。它具有内置高压启动和高充电电流，在待机模式下，电路进入爆闪模式以降低待机功耗。开关频率为20~100KHz，跟随负载并具有抖动频率，以实现低EMI。内置峰值电流补偿电路使极限峰值电流即使在不同的输入AC电压下也保持稳定。开关由线电压控制，当输入AC电压过高或过低时，开关关闭。同时，最大峰值电流也可以通过线电压补偿，从而调整极限输出功率。开机后，峰值电流补偿将减少以平衡，从而降低变压器上的压力。内置斜率补偿使电路适用于更多变压器。它集成了各种保护功能，如欠压锁定、前沿消隐、过压保护、过载保护和过温保护。如果发生保护，电路将重新启动，直到恢复正常。
