The GGD484XAP67K65 is a current mode PWM controller designed for power switch applications with low standby power and low start current. It operates in burst mode during standby to minimize power dissipation. The controller features a switch frequency of 67KHz with ±2.5 KHz jitter for low EMI. It includes under voltage lock-out, over voltage protection, leading edge blanking, over current protection, and temperature protection. The GGD484X series is suitable for switch power applications and offers built-in high voltage MOSFETs, auto restart mode, and burst mode operation.
