JC2306 2μA, 600mA Low Dropout Voltage Linear Regulator

JC2306系列是一款低 dropout (LDO) 电压稳压器，具有以下特点：宽输入电压范围（1.2V至5.5V）、低 dropout 电压、低功耗和小型封装。其静态电流仅为2µA，非常适合为电池供电的始终开启的系统供电，这些系统需要极低的空闲状态功耗以延长使用寿命。通过选择带有EN引脚的器件，可以选择关断模式，此时关断电流降至仅10nA（典型值）。该系列线性稳压器在1.2V至5.5V的宽输入电压范围内以及整个输出负载电流范围内（0mA至600mA）均具有稳定性。该系列适用于便携式、电池供电的设备、低功耗微控制器、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑和PDA、无线通信设备、音频/视频设备以及车载导航系统。
