High Voltage Low Power Consumption LDO - JC7218 Series

The JC7218 series is a high voltage (up to 15V) ultra-low quiescent current low dropout voltage regulator (LDO) designed for CMOS processes. It offers up to 1A of current with a quiescent current as low as 1.6uA. The series includes a reference voltage generator, an error amplifier, a current foldback circuit, and a phase compensation circuit, along with a driver transistor. It is tailored for applications requiring very low Iq and maintains low quiescent current consumption even in dropout mode to enhance battery life. Key features include ultra-low quiescent current, a maximum input voltage of 15V, highly accurate output voltage, and various protections circuits.
