UMW TL432 - Adjustable Accurate Reference Source

The UMW TL432 is a highly accurate 1.25V band gap reference with adjustable shunt regulator capabilities. It features a wide operating current range of 50mA and an extended temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃. The device offers a wide operating voltage range up to 12V and is suitable for voltage reference requirements in isolated feedback circuits for 3.0V to 3.3V switching mode power supplies. It has low dynamic output impedance, effective temperature compensation, low output noise voltage, fast on-state response, and sink current capability from 0.1mA to 100mA. The UMW TL432 is used as a shunt regulator, high-current shunt regulator, and precision current limiter.
