Tri-Star Technologies introduces the TAC 17X Series Dual Bowl Automatic Contact Crimpers, a fully automatic, wire-triggered crimping system designed for high-speed and efficient crimping of closed barrel contacts. The system offers up to 1,800 crimps per hour, accepts 16-26 AWG wire, and meets Mil-C-22520/7 specifications. It features an automatic feed from dual vibratory feeders, automatic shutdown in case of malfunction, and all functions are PLC controlled. The crimping system is versatile, suitable for both shouldered and shoulder-less contacts, and includes an HMI display for system status and error reporting.
