The T-CRD continuous rotation dashpot from Kinetrol LTD. features an adjustable rate, allowing for maximum rates as specified by the curves provided. The dashpot is designed with a silicone fluid filling that can be adjusted to vary the rate down to 1/10 of the maximum values for any speed of rotation. It is constructed with high tensile steel 605M36(T) for the shaft and cast aluminum LM 4M for the body. The dashpot is suitable for applications with an ambient temperature range of 0° to 60°C and offers a typical frictional torque of 0.5 lbf.ins / 0.056 Nm.
