Single Coated Polyethylene Tape 133 is a polyethylene film coated with a rubber pressure sensitive adhesive. It features a low residue aggressive adhesive that bonds well to most surfaces across a wide temperature range. The tape has serrated edges for easy tearing. It is suitable for polyethylene splicing, surface protection, and industrial assembly applications. The technical properties include a total thickness of 7.5 mil, adhesive thickness of 3.0 mil, peel adhesion of 70 oz./inch, backing adhesion of 35 oz./inch, tensile strength of 22 lbs./inch, and elongation of 100%. The shelf life is one year from the date of shipment when stored in a cool dry place below 76° F (24ºC).
