TES AES Core V2.0 February 2021

2025-03-18
The TES AES Core is a hardware implementation of the Rijndael algorithm, specified by J. Daemen and V. Rijmen, and described in the NIST Federal Information Processing Standard proposal document (NIST FIPS 197). It supports AES encryption and decryption with configurable block and key sizes (128, 192, or 256 bits). The core features a simple external interface, separate encoder and decoder, and is optimized for high data rate or low gate count implementations. It also includes key expansion and is tested against NIST FIPS 197 and Rijndael specification test vectors.
