Inline Inverter Module

The Inline Inverter module is designed for one- or two-sided selective conformal coating of printed circuit boards (PCBs). It maximizes productivity and yield, conserves factory floor space, and reduces board-handling requirements. It is compatible with Nordson ASYMTEK’s Select Coat® SL-940 conformal coating system and can be configured for various operations such as invert-and-pass-through, invert-and-return, and pass-through board processing. The module features a PLC controller for monitoring board location, inverter operation, and solvent exhaust, and is equipped with safety interlocks and a sensor to ensure proper operation.
