PICO Valve Cleaning Station

The PICO Valve Cleaning Station is designed for the mechanical cleaning of the exterior of dirty nozzle plates for PICO jet valves. It automates the cleaning process by using a roll of cleaning paper that wipes deposits from the nozzle plate onto the paper. The station can be operated to restart the dispensing process, move the valve to a parked position, or initiate a purge dispense cycle after each cleaning cycle. It is powered by a 24 V DC motor with a power consumption of 65 mA and features a 4-pin built-in plug for connectivity. The station is designed to be mounted on a 30 mm grate and has a gear motor with a torque of 200 mNm at 19 U/minute.
