Precision Adjustable Shunt Regulator MM1431 Series

The MM1431 Series is an adjustable shunt regulator IC that provides a highly accurate bandgap reference voltage. The output voltage can be adjusted to any value between the reference voltage VREF and 35V using two external resistors. It is suitable for various applications as a zener diode replacement due to its steep turn-on characteristics. The series features high accuracy reference voltage, programmable output voltage, and operates over a wide temperature range. It is available in SC-82ABB, SOT-23A, and SOT-25A packages.
