Unisteel offers lightweight, corrosion-resistant fastening solutions made from various grades of aluminium alloys, including 2000 and 6000 series alloys. These alloys are available in both annealed (O) and solution treated and age hardened (T6) grades. Unisteel's manufacturing capabilities include cold forging of aluminium wire for screws, which reduces production costs. The company can also perform heat treatment and anodization to enhance the mechanical properties and appearance of the screws. The application of these fasteners is versatile, and they are available in a range of sizes and head styles, including TORX® and TORX® PLUS.
