The 157CA24 Tie Down is a multi-task polyester webbing assembly designed for securing equipment within cargo transport aircraft. It features a 50mm wide polyester webbing with a 2000 kg ultimate load rating. Originally designed for the Royal Air Force (RAF), it meets military aviation standards and is suitable for general-purpose lashing. It includes fixed non-swivel snap hook fittings, a delta ring, and a ratchet tensioning device. The webbing is red and can be printed with custom text. It is intended for securing cargo within the hold of transport aircraft and is easy to operate in confined spaces.
