STABOND U 283C is a moisture curing, 100% solid content polyurethane adhesive system. The product has been successfully used for bonding various surfaces such as glass fiber, wood, EPS board, aluminum, and steel. It has the following characteristics: type is polyurethane, curing time is 45 minutes after water spray, appearance is clear brown liquid, curing time is 45 minutes after curing solid, full strength curing time is 48 hours, shelf life is 1 year, open time is 15 minutes throughout the temperature range, weight per gallon is 9.1 pounds, application temperature range is 70°F to 100°F, cleaner is STABOND U cleaner, adhesive temperature range is -20°F to 250°F. The adhesive system is suitable for brush, roll or extrusion applications, and the surface must be dust-free, oil-free, and grease-free before bonding.
