Stabond Mold Release #3 is a mold release agent specifically designed for easy removal of polyurethane parts from molds. It has the following characteristics: white waxy, solid content 10%, coverage area 300 square feet/gallon, flash point below 0°F. When using, the mold should be thoroughly cleaned and dried, preheated to 120°F, and then brushed or sprayed with the mold release agent. The product is flammable and toxic, and safety precautions should be taken when using it.
