The 6400 Series of feeder controls is designed for controlling the vibration level of feeder bowls. It features a 4-20mA or 0-20mA analog input for signal control, offering a better signal-to-noise ratio than the 0-5VDC input control. The system includes circuit boards 24-200 (120VAC) and 24-201 (230VAC) with input voltage tolerances of 90-120VAC and 180-240VAC respectively. The controls offer various inputs and outputs, including a sensor input, run input, speed inputs, auxiliary output, and logic circuitry for on-delays and off-delays. The system also includes an LCD and keypad interface for local/remote control of the vibration level.
