The Amplitude Controller Model 6400 Series is a digital feeder control designed for operating vibratory bowls with part sensors or storage hoppers with electronic bowl level detectors. It features a 12VDC power supply, sensor time delays, and demand cycling controlled by the parts sensor's output and the control's On and Off time delay settings. The controller offers standard features such as an interlock output, enable input, soft start adjustment, minimum and maximum output adjustments, full wave/half wave selection, line voltage compensation, 4-20mA and 0-5vdc amplitude control. Optional features include a CFR vibration sensor for maintaining a constant part feed rate and various remote speed control options.
