Fabreeka®-PTFE Bearing Pads

Fabreeka-PTFE轴承垫采用Fabreeka垫材料，表面涂有Teflon®（PTFE）涂层。未处理的Teflon通过刚性层压热塑性塑料（LTP）与Fabreeka垫热固化。刚性LTP层防止PTFE在压缩载荷和旋转（也称为“冷流”）下膨胀/流动，因为轴承垫压缩。Fabreeka-PTFE轴承垫用于需要容纳横向移动（膨胀）的条件。PTFE在Fabreeka轴承垫上提供低摩擦滑动表面，可分配高压缩载荷并适应旋转。在结构轴承设计中，通常使用抛光不锈钢作为PTFE滑动的光滑表面。
