CALPICO INC. MODEL PX injection molded plastic casing insulators

The CALPICO INC. MODEL PX injection molded plastic casing insulators are designed to isolate carrier pipes from casings, ensuring electrical insulation. Made from polyethylene, these insulators offer high impact strength and a low coefficient of friction. They are non-deteriorating and have excellent dielectric resistance, minimizing electric current loss and maintaining cathodic protection. The insulators come with a grooved inner surface to prevent slippage and damage to the pipe's coating. They are lightweight, economical, easy to handle, and install without the need for special tools. Available in sizes from 4" to 16", these insulators are constructed in two halves with 6" wide bands and can be customized with runner heights to accommodate different pipe sizes and casings. All hardware is cadmium plated, and stainless steel hardware is also available as the Model PX-SS.
