Calpico Model P绝缘子适用于使用小管径的应用，管径小至1英寸。这些绝缘子由高密度（线性）聚乙烯制成，提供高冲击强度、低摩擦系数和优异的耐磨性。非填充聚乙烯的高绝缘值和低吸水特性确保了可忽略不计的电流损失、积极的绝缘和完整的阴极保护。Model P绝缘子重量轻、经济实惠、易于处理和安装，无需特殊工具。耐久性强的聚乙烯在套管中可无限期使用，唯一的金属是连接螺栓。肋状内表面防止滑动和涂层损坏。Model P绝缘子为1英寸至12英寸范围内的管径制造，每个绝缘子部分都注塑了聚乙烯条。所有尺寸的条高度均小于1英寸。所有螺栓、螺母和垫圈均镀镉，并与绝缘子一起包装发货。不锈钢硬件也可用，即我们的Model P-SS。每隔4英尺至6英尺或按工程师规格或应用要求进行间隔。有弯曲趋势的管道可能需要额外的间隔件。
