Denton Vacuum BenchTop™ Turbo is a unique, powerful, and multifunctional full-range low-pressure (resistive) thermal evaporation platform suitable for various thermal evaporation applications. It can also be configured for high-resolution electron microscope sample preparation. BenchTop Turbo is safe, reliable, and easy to maintain, making it an ideal small-scale low-pressure thermal evaporator for conventional and complex carbon coating applications. BenchTop Turbo also supports sputtering applications and can produce fine-grained films for high-resolution analysis or other applications. The device is easy to configure to meet user needs, supporting optional co-deposition from up to two sources, providing films up to 8 inches (200 millimeters) in diameter, and offering various platform configurations. Other configuration options include AC fluorescence and sputtering. During evaporation, users can choose from a variety of options to meet their needs, including larger (12" x 18") glass jars, faster vacuum pumps, PLC-controlled electric-pneumatic quick doors, film thickness monitors and controllers, mass flow controllers, and backside quartz heaters.
