CST6118 8V VERSION is a single channel DC motor driver chip, with a maximum continuous output current of 1.8A and a peak of 2.5A. The chip is equipped with a power MOS full-bridge driver that can achieve forward, reverse, stop, and braking functions. It also has an over-temperature protection circuit to ensure the safety of the chip. The chip uses a single-channel full-bridge power drive structure, with a working voltage range of 1.5V~8V, and has low static power consumption (typical value: 0.1uA) and low on-state resistance (0.4Ω/1000mA). It is suitable for toy DC motor drive, electric toothbrush, smart lock and other applications.
