XYT4054E是一款线性锂离子电池充电器，具备涓流/恒定电流/恒定电压三段充电模式。它能够承受最高10.5V的输入/输出端口耐压，适用于多种USB电源和适配器电源。该充电器采用内部PMOSFET架构和防倒充电路，无需外部检测电阻器和隔离二极管。热反馈调节充电电流，限制芯片温度。充电电压固定在4.2V，电流通过外部电阻调节。当充电电流降至设定值的1/10时，充电自动结束。XYT4054E还具有防反接功能，充电电流监测，欠压闭锁，自动再充电和充电状态指示等特性。
