■ Description of Change:
▲ EPC announces the qualification of Wafer Works as a second approved supplier for Si-substrates. Wafer Works has IATF 16949 Certification. Wafer Works is now approved as a supplier for Si-substrates for the released to sales part numbers identified in Appendix I. There will be no change in manufacturing technology or to the package dimensions. This change does not affect the form, fit, or function of the product as defined in the datasheet.
▲ Successful qualification testing of the Wafer Works substrates was performed to ensure product quality and reliability requirements are met or exceeded.
▲ EPC will begin production of devices using substrates from Wafer Works for the EPC products in Appendix I after customer acceptance of PCN. During and following the transition period customers may receive shipments from any approved vendor.
