LFPCN250116WXC Product Change Notification for Littelfuse 1700V Silicon Carbide Diode “LSIC2SD170B” series
■ Littelfuse would like to inform you about the qualification of a second source of epi wafer material for its Silicon Carbide Schottky diode series “LSIC2SD170B”.
■ This second source will allow us to provide better service by reducing our production lead time and ensuring safety of supply for the diodes.
■ The affected part numbers and a summary of the reliability test results are listed on page 2.
■ Diodes built using either source of epi wafers are equivalent in function, performance and quality.
■ There is no change in datasheet parameters.
■ Qualification reports are available on request.
■ Lack of acknowledgement of this PCN until April 31st, 2025, will be considered an acceptance of the change.
■ Please contact your Regional Sales representative of Field Application Engineer for any inquiry.
