●To our customers and partners,
●Littelfuse would like to inform you about the qualification of a second source of epi wafer material for its Silicon Carbide Schottky diode series “LSIC2SD065”.
●This second source will allow us to provide better service by reducing our production lead time and ensuring safety of supply for the diodes. The affected part numbers and a summary of the reliability test results are listed on page 2.
●Diodes built using either source of epi wafers are equivalent in function, performance and quality. There is no change in datasheet parameters.
●Qualification reports are available on request.
●Lack of acknowledgement of this PCN until October 14th, 2024 will be considered an acceptance of the change.
